Percy Hatfield

Before running for elected office, Councillor Percy Hatfield was the Municipal Affairs Reporter for CBC Television in Windsor. He had worked for the CBC as a radio and television journalist for more than thirty years and used to host a popular segment Percy's Political Panel. Councillor Hatfield is known for his charity work in the Windsor area and is an active member of the Riverside Branch of the Royal Canadian Legion, serving on past executives including one term as Second Vice President. His support for the Legion grew from his life as an "Army Brat" who grew up on military bases across Canada.
